緊急時の公衆電話／Public telephones for emergencies

みなさんの国くにには　公衆電話こうしゅうでんわが　ありますか。
昔むかし、日本にほんには　たくさんありました。でも、今いまは　とても少すくなくなりました。理由りゆうは　わかりますね。ケータイ電話でんわが　普及ふきゅうしたからです。

公衆電話が必要なとき／When you need a public telephones

みなさんは　いつもケータイを　使つかっていることでしょう。でも、使つかえなくなるときが　あります。
それは、災害さいがいのときです。大おおきな地震じしんのときなどは　つながりにくくなります。家族かぞくと　連絡れんらくをとることが　できなくなります。そんなときでも、公衆電話こうしゅうでんわなら　つながります。100％ではありませんが、大事だいじな人と　連絡れんらくを　とる方法ほうほうとして　知しっておいた方ほうがいいです。

使い方／How to use

わたしが　２０才はたちを　過すぎたころから　ケータイが　広ひろまってきました。そのころから、公衆電話こうしゅうでんわを　使つかっていません。わたしの息子むすこは　２３才さいです。彼かれは　今いままで　使つかったことがありません。
ですから、日本人にほんじんでも　使つかい方かたを　忘わすれたり、知しらない人ひとが　多おおいです。

１、受話器じゅわきを　とります。
２、お金かね、または　テレホンカードを　入いれます。
３、番号ばんごうを　おします。
４、話はなします。
５、受話器じゅわきを　戻もどします。

＊お金かねは、10円えんと　100円えんだけ　使つかえます。お札さつは　使つかえません。

＊テレホンカードしか　使つかえない電話でんわが　あります。ですから、わたしは　いつも財布さいふに　テレホンカードを入いれています。

＊110番ばん（事件じけん、事故じこ）、119番ばん（火事かじ、急病きゅうびょう）の緊急きんきゅうのときは、お金かねを　入いれなくても　使つかうことができます。

今いま、公衆電話こうしゅうでんわは　とても少すくなくなりました。困こまったときのために、どこにあるか　知しっておくと　安心あんしんです。
わたしの家いえの近所きんじょでは、駅えきの中なかと、中学校ちゅうがっこうの前まえに　あります。

When you need a public telephones

You probably use your cell phone all the time.However, there are times when you cannot use it.That is when a disaster strikes.During a major earthquake, for example, it will be difficult to connect.It will be difficult to contact your family.Although it is not 100% reliable, it is a good idea to know how to contact your loved ones.

How to use

Cell phones have been widely used since I was over 20 years old.I have not used a public telephones　 since then.
My son is 23 years old.He has never used it before.
Therefore, many Japanese have forgotten or do not know how to use it.

1,Pick up the receiver.
2,Insert money or a telephone card.
3,Press the number.
4, Speak.
5,Put the receiver back.

＊Only 10 yen and 100 yen coins can be used.Bills are not accepted.

＊There are telephones　that only accept telephone cards.Therefore, I always carry a telephone card in my wallet.

＊In case of emergencies such as 110 (incidents, accidents) and 119 (fire, sudden illness), you can use it without putting money in it.

Make sure you know where to find them.

There are very few public telephones nowadays.It is a good idea to know where to find a pay phone in case you are in trouble.
In my neighborhood, there is one in the train station and another in front of the junior high school.
